1. How We Ship
We offer two main delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: Usually takes around 5–7 working days.
- Express Delivery: Need it sooner? Get your order in about 2–3 working days.
You’ll see the available options during checkout — just pick what works best for you.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on a few things like your location, the delivery speed you choose, and the size of your order. Don’t worry — all charges will be clearly shown before you place your order.
Sometimes, we run free shipping offers too, so keep an eye out!
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we usually take 1–2 working days to get it ready to ship. As soon as it’s on the way, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details so you can follow its journey.
4. Delivery Timelines
Here’s a quick overview:

- Express Delivery: 2–3 working days
Delivery times may vary a bit depending on where you are or if there are any unexpected delays with the courier.

6. Address Matters
Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. If the address is wrong or incomplete, your package might get delayed or returned — and we don’t want that!
7. If Something Goes Wrong
Though we pack everything with care, if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, here’s what you should do:
- Damaged Item? Let us know within 48 hours of receiving it so we can sort it out.
- Didn’t Receive Your Package? Contact us — we’ll track it down or send a replacement if needed.
8. Returns & Shipping Back
Returning something? No problem. Just make sure to check our Refund and Cancellation Policy first. If the return isn’t due to a mistake on our end, you’ll need to cover the return shipping.
