Seller Payment Policy

Effective Date: 1 Jan 2025

This Seller Payment Policy governs how and when payments are made to sellers on our platform operated by GAINT IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. It is designed to ensure timely, transparent, and secure transactions between the platform and registered sellers.

1. Payment Cycle

Sellers will receive payouts on a weekly basis. The weekly payout will include all completed and delivered orders from the previous week.
For example, orders delivered and completed between Monday to Friday will be paid out on the following Monday (or the next working day in case of a bank holiday).

2. Eligibility for Payment

Only those orders that meet the following criteria will be eligible for payment:

  • Marked as “Delivered” by the logistics partner.
  • Not marked as “Returned” or “Cancelled” within the return window.
  • Have cleared the buyer’s payment (in case of prepaid orders).

3. Mode of Payment

All payments to sellers will be made via one of the following:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
  • UPI Payment

The seller must ensure their bank account details are correctly submitted and verified during registration to avoid delays.

4. Deductions and Adjustments

Before making the final payout, the following will be deducted:

  • Platform commission (as per the seller agreement)
  • GST applicable on the commission
  • Return charges (if the product is returned due to seller fault)
  • Penalty charges (for order delays, policy violations, or customer complaints, if applicable)

A detailed breakdown of each week’s payout and deductions will be available in the seller dashboard or via email on request.

5. Payment Disputes

If a seller believes a payment is missing or calculated incorrectly, they must notify our support team within 7 working days of the payout date. Claims beyond this period may not be entertained.

All disputes will be investigated and resolved within 5–7 working days, with any eligible adjustments reflected in the next payout cycle.

6. Exceptions and Delays

Payments may be delayed in the following cases:

  • Incomplete or incorrect bank account information
  • Pending document verification
  • Ongoing fraud or quality investigations
  • National or banking holidays

We will inform the seller of any such delays via email.
