Seller Registration Policy

This Seller Registration Policy outlines the eligibility criteria, process, and obligations involved in becoming a seller on the platform operated by GAINT IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Registration is mandatory for all individuals and businesses who wish to list and sell products on our platform.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a seller, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid PAN Card
  • Have an active bank account in your name or company’s name
  • Hold a GST registration, if you deal in taxable goods
  • Submit genuine product listings and agree to platform policies

Both individuals and registered businesses (proprietorships, partnerships, companies, LLPs) are eligible.

2. Registration Process

The seller registration process includes the following steps:

Step 1: Application

Fill out the seller registration form on our website with your:

  • Name / Business Name
  • Email and Mobile Number
  • Product Categories
  • Pickup Address and Pincode

Step 2: Document Upload

Submit mandatory documents including:

  • PAN card
  • GST certificate
  • Bank account proof
  • Business proof (if applicable)
  • Government-issued ID

Step 3: Verification

Our compliance team will review the submitted details and documents. This process usually takes 1–3 working days.

Step 4: Approval & Onboarding

Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email and access to your Seller Dashboard where you can start:

  • Uploading products
  • Managing orders
  • Tracking performance

3. Obligations After Registration

After successful registration, sellers are expected to:

  • Keep all business details and documents up to date
  • Respond promptly to order notifications
  • Comply with listing guidelines and legal norms
  • Maintain customer service quality and transparency

Failure to follow the rules may result in penalties, suspension, or account termination.

4. Non-Approval and Rejection

Your registration may be rejected or delayed in the following cases:

  • Submission of fake or unclear documents
  • Non-compliance with platform or tax rules
  • History of fraud or blacklisting on other platforms
    You will be informed of the reasons and may reapply after rectifying the issues.
