Seller Terms and Conditions

These Seller Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between sellers and the platform operated by GAINT IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined below.

1. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on our platform, you are required to:

  • Provide accurate and honest product information including images, prices, specifications, and stock levels.
  • Ensure timely order processing, packaging, and dispatch as per platform guidelines.
  • Maintain product quality standards in line with what is advertised.
  • Comply with return and refund processes, including accepting return requests under the specified return window.
  • Update inventory regularly to avoid order cancellations due to unavailability.

2. Product Compliance

Sellers must not list or sell:

  • Counterfeit, replica, or fake products
  • Prohibited goods as per Indian law (e.g., weapons, narcotics, pirated content)
  • Expired, damaged, or used items
    Failure to adhere may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

3. Returns and Refunds

You must:

  • Accept product returns in accordance with our Returns and Warranty Policy
  • Cooperate during the return logistics process
  • Bear return shipping charges in cases where the product is found to be defective, misrepresented, or of poor quality

Any returns flagged due to the seller’s fault may lead to penalties or deduction of the product value from the upcoming payout.

4. Fees and Commissions

Sellers agree to pay the platform a commission fee for each successful order. This fee is a pre-agreed percentage of the order value and will be deducted automatically from the payout. GST is applicable on this commission.

Any promotional campaigns (if opted-in) will also have applicable charges.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

GAINT IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account under the following conditions:

  • Repeated late dispatch or cancellations
  • High return or complaint ratio
  • Violation of listing guidelines
  • Misuse of customer information
  • Fraudulent activities

Termination notices will be shared via email, and sellers may appeal the decision within 7 days.

6. Confidentiality and Data Use

Sellers must not use customer information (such as email, phone number, or address) for any purpose outside fulfilling orders. Misuse of customer data will lead to legal consequences.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
